alright in this one lets try something different. lets do the closest one to you, furthest one from you(on the map at speedtest.net not actual distance please), and one about middle range.
Closest(Arizona, USA)
Furthest(Japan)
Middle(Germany)
Uploading to japan is close to what i got at Arizona, MF wierd.

It's faster because less people are using the internet which means more of the bandwidth for your area can be used by you (i think)
